Fresh Frozen Oysters
Our farmed oysters are harvested on an almost daily basis. Oysters are brought to our processing facility where they are graded and washed. The oysters are then placed into their final packaging and taken into our state of the art blast freezer. Core temperatures of 0° to -10° F are reached within hours. Product is then moved into our on site storage freezer and held at -10°F until shipped.
All product is tagged/labeled so that each case can be traced back to the harvest date and harvest location. Shelf life is 1 year.
