Ekone Smoked Oysters

Freshly harvested from the Willapa Bay, farmed Pacific Oysters are brought directly to our processing plant.  We have a large steaming vessel in which the oysters are steamed and then opened.  The oysters are washed in a bath of ice water and drained.  We then brine in small batches using strictly fresh all natural ingredients.  The oysters are placed meticulously on stainless smoke racks and smoked using maple wood chips.  We have five great flavors for your enjoyment!  All of our products are made with fresh ingredients and no perservatives!

  Original Smoked Oysters  ~ Our Original flavor is lightly cured with salt, brown sugar and a hint of garlic and  onion.  A true classic that is sure to please!



  Habanero Hots Smoked Oysters  ~ Our Habanero Hots are brined with two different Habanero sauces before smoking.  Hot and spicy for those of you who like a little kick!



  Teriyaki Smoked Oysters  ~ Our Teriyaki flavor has our original oysters brined in Nick’s homemade teriyaki sauce.   All fresh ingredients and blended from scratch.  Yummy!



  Lemon Pepper Smoked Oysters ~ Our Lemon Pepper flavor adds a subtle blend to the originals.  Perfect for those who like a little tang!




  Barbeque Smoked Oyters ~   Our newest addition!   Nick and Kevin have developed our own in-house barbeque sauce which has quickly become a favorite.  We think you’ll agree!
